Will there be a PS2 emulator for Android

Already there is an emulator for Playstation 1 for android smartphones & tablets so is NES, SNES & N64. Now the question is will there be an emulator for PS2 for android, can this be developed.

Now Smartphones & Tablets are coming with Octa-Core processors with 2GB of RAM and improved GPU. Having all these specification I think an emulator can be developed for PS2 for Android. But PS2 games come with a minimum of 1GB to 4GB so the external memory is definitely needed. Although gaming on a virtual on screen controller is difficult it would be better to introduce Android compatible controllers which would work for PS1 & PS2 games and other consoles.

Whatever, playing a game on device which is really made for is always better, but while travelling or whenever we are away these emulators come to use.

I played Smackdown 2 Know Your Role on my Sony Xperia E1 and it was a great experience except the gameplay which is very difficult to reverse and perform grapple moves.
